Lunch Hour NYC wishes you a Happy New Year with this delectable brunch treat. We went a friend’s house in the country to celebrate the new year. For our first meal in 2013, she prepared a crispy multi-grain English muffin topped with a perfectly poached egg, thinly-sliced Nova Scotia salmon, a sprinkle of chopped chives, and colorful Salmon roe. Along with this hearty muffin we enjoyed home fries made with multi-color mini potatoes, shallots, onions, and seasoning, and a glass of crisp and refreshing Henriot champagne.
